Descending from farming families, he has, from a young age, nurtured a love for nature, agriculture, plants and especially for the OLIVE TREE.

In the last twenty years he has dedicated himself exclusively to the cultivation and care of the family olive groves and to the production of excellent drupes to always obtain a superior quality extra virgin olive oil.
Convinced supporter of the "CORATINA" cultivar, he has continuously praised and disseminated the organoleptic qualities of his EVOO throughout the peninsula and also abroad.
At the end of the last century and the beginning of the current he became the only supplier for all of Switzerland of pure and only "CORATINA" organic extra virgin olive oil.

He dedicates passion, love and daily attention to his centuries-old plants in the Trani countryside, pruning them annually, plowing them and fertilizing them adequately, irrigating them from his own well with moderation and constancy to avoid water shortages and ensure the daily need for sap and nutrients.
