Bartolomei's Oil Experience

We are pleased to welcome you to our facility to introduce you to and discover more about this fascinating world, that of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Yours will be a journey between past and present, from field to table. A short walk in the olive grove next to the structure will take you to discover this exceptional plant: the Olive Tree. We will explain to you some characteristic curiosities about this crop, some cultivation techniques or more simply you can relax in the shade of them.

The guided tour proceeds inside the suggestive Oil Museum, three rich exhibition rooms where you can relive the taste of tradition. Ancient tools, period photos of the family, a 14th century press. These are just some of the highlights of your dive into the past.

We then proceed to the current oil mill where it is possible to touch the machinery that gives us the new harvest every year, we will explain the salient steps of production, focusing attention on the concept of quality and sustainability.

And finally… Tasting in our room overlooking the olive grove: different proposals according to your tastes to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
