Our passion for cooking has always been part of our lives. We are fascinated by the flavours and aromas of the Italian territory and by the continuous search for quality raw materials, processed with sustainable production processes. Ten years ago, at our friends’ house, we tasted a canino monovarietal extra virgin olive oil. Its authentic flavour immediately tantalized our taste buds.

So we set out in search of the lands where it was produced and we arrived to a unique place, Farnese, located between Tuscany and Lazio that completely captured our hearts. Here our love for cooking was combined with an entrepreneurial drive and with the same passion that had guided us to Etruria, we decided to buy some land in order to carry out our project.

Visagi presents exactly this. It’s from the acronym of the names of our three children Virginia, Sarah and Giorgio, an adventurous journey of love for them, for nature and for our oil.
