It all starts from the Family Business "Mayonos Olive Mill". Founded in 1970 by Sotirios Mayonos, since then the olive press has been passed down from generation to generation. First to his daughter Fotini Mayonou with her husband Christodoulos Raptis and now to their children Dimitrios and Mario Raptis. The Prestige EVOO standardization company was founded in 2021 by the brothers Dimitrios and Marios Raptis, which is the 3rd generation of the family business "Mayonos Olive Mill" where it was founded in 1970 by our grandfather Sotirios Mayovos.

Following the advice of the elders, we developed the know-how by investing in equipment and set high quality standards.
