Head Chef, Chris Cleghorn oversees a menu which draws heavily on high-quality local produce. It might sound like an idle claim (it’s something you hear bandied about a lot these days), but Bath is lucky to be surrounded by exceptional, lush farmland; we’ve taken the time and trouble to build up great relationships with local suppliers of fruit, vegetables, cheeses and meat. The highest compliment we can pay such bounty is to make sure we have an inventive Head Chef fashioning it into a striking, delicious and frequently-changing menu.
