Fallen in love with an olive grove, we decided to take it over to save the magnificent olive trees. These olive trees, planted for three generations, were no longer maintained for lack of buyer. Lovers of the tree and what it represents, with the help of a local farmer, we brought this olive grove back to life.

At each harvest, we do our best to offer you a pure olive juice with an authentic taste.

True to our ecological commitment, we only use natural fertilizer that we buy from local sheep farmers.

In respect of the tree and its fruit, we are demanding with our production method. We monitor all the steps in order to guarantee you an irreproachable quality of oil.
