FRANK AND SAL

After 35 years of owning and operating an Italian Salumeria both in Brooklyn, NY and in Palermo, Sicily, Franco Casamento joined forces with expert butcher Frank Gassoso. Together they formed C.G. & C. Meat Market, Inc., more affectionately known today as “Frank & Sal’s”.

Every fall, olives are harvested across Italy from north to south. Though the exact month of harvest varies from year to year and from Liguria to Lombardia to Tuscany to Umbria to Puglia to Sicily. Frank and Sal is on the cutting edge of what's being Harvested and exported in Italy.
