Welcome! City Olive is a specialty olive oil and gourmet food boutique based in the heart of Chicago’s historic Andersonville neighborhood. Enjoy an exquisite selection of the finest estate bottled extra virgin olive oils,  locally made artisan products, and responsibly sourced specialty foods like Olives, Vinegars, Tapenades, Spices, Pastas, and Mustards from around the world.

I believe that good food is good for the soul. A drizzle of balsamic can cure a crummy day, olive oil can transform any meal into a masterpiece, and there’s no shame in licking the plate clean.

From limited production olive oil from Spain, to a local Nduja that’s based on five generations of tradition, I’ve hand-selected a bounty of delicious products created by estate farmers and artisans from around the world, choosing only my very favorites.

But it’s not just the soul that I want to nourish… As a former nurse, I believe strongly in the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet and want to share them with you.
