Our journey began with a passionate belief that every drop of olive oil should express the soul of the land and the heritage of the family who tends it. Deep in the heart of southern Provence, among centuries-old trees, we found our calling.

Passed down through generations, our two hectares of olive groves have weathered the sun, wind, and time itself. Today, we carefully restore this family heritage, cultivating each tree organically and pressing the olives by hand to achieve truly exquisite extra virgin olive oil.
