Our monocultivar Nocellara del Belice EVO oil is made from centuries-old olive trees, some of which are close to 500 years old. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed within 24 hours to preserve all their organoleptic qualities. The oil is then naturally decanted in steel containers, without filtration. Our short supply chain guarantees the highest quality of raw materials, offering an authentic and richly flavored product, appreciated in Italy and abroad.
